The base of the bread is still mushy, like play dough texture and I wonder if the bread was well cooked/baked. It also seems like they want to cut cost by not using enough flour to make the base thick enough to hold the ingredients (e.g. egg mayonnaise) and the bread/flour was soaked. Seems like the baker didn't put in effort in the work. Feels so disgusted having to bite on that sort of texture.

I came to the shop to change bread cuz there's a hole and hair in it.. the lady just brushed me off without a word and changed the bread for me. Thanks but no thanks. Won't be buying from Northpoint

Go to Bakery in Notthpoint! Always get their otah bread, ham & cheese, chicken nacho cheese and cheese croissant roll. Bonus is the buy 3 get 1 free deal towards closing, no fixed timing for this but usually after 9pm.
