today morning at woodsquare outlet, saw this female staff spit into the green waffle mix bucket at the sink area before moving the bucket to the waffle machine.. don't even know how to wear mask properly you all better don't buy any waffle or anything from this outlet... I reported to get SFA health inspector to check those who Kenna this outlet before should also escalate to Singapore Food Agency (SFA) and Swee Heng HQ. Why swee Heng like that one, so disappointed

Utterly disappointed with this. As you can see it is extremely rubbery n hard. There is no way you can eat this. Bought this at swee heng Causeway point. Kindly look into this.

Lot of varieties, prices are reasonable, creative with many varieties, bought their mini Christmas log cake for $5.80 good for small eater.

I share the same sentiments with all the google reviews here and agree that the staff at Swee Heng 1989 Woods Square are extremely rude and unprofessional especially the lady with short dyed brown hair and a purple neck fan. This happened on Saturday, 5th Nov at around 6pm at the Woods Square Outlet. All we did was choose and take bread from the shelf and we did not even mess up the display of breads but she said aloud and scolded my mom as she walked pass us "Aiyoh, put properly lah". Afterwards, she continued mumbling. That was very unprofessional and uncalled for. We immediately decided not to buy and put all our bread back. We bought from the outlet in causeway point instead where all the staff are much more welcoming and friendly. Its no wonder the Woods Square outlet is always empty. I feel that she has no place interacting with the public when she lacks the most basic manners. Please take action towards the staff. Thank you.

Staffs with poor attitude and service. Ordered 1 KitKat chocolate waffle for my kids Ard 3pm today. Only 1 customer in front of me but staffs told my kids need 30 mins. But my kids insist to wait. Funny thing is I only End up to wait less than 15 mins. And I Asked the staff help my kids to cut the waffle into, the staff told me they don’t provide such service. And refuse to provide us extra wrapping paper.
