I ordered a six-inch chicken, egg, and cheese sandwich, as well as a spicy Italian wrap. The staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. Plenty of seating available. Good to see more choices at Oasis.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at this Subway outlet, as it is the only location in my whole subway experience where I have encountered a restriction on customization for value meals. Unlike other outlets, where you can typically select your bread and sauces, this one limits you to very basic. ITALIAN BREAD and MAYONNAISE only. How sad is this. This rigid policy contradicts the very essence of Subway's customizable offerings. I would recommend avoiding this outlet if you're looking for the usual flexibility that Subway is known for.

My recent visit to this Subway outlet left much to be desired. I was eager to enjoy the daily saver meal set, but to my dismay, I was informed that customization options were off the table. I couldn't select my preferred bread or sauce, which is a standard feature at other locations. When I raised my concern, hoping for an explanation, the staff were unhelpful and offered no clarification. This lack of flexibility and poor customer service really dampened my experience. While Subway is known for its variety and personalization, this particular outlet failed to deliver.

Terrible experience. This is my first time eating subway where customisation was not possible for the value meal. I eat subway at least once every week, and have bought it at various outlets in punggol ( punggol plaza, waterway point, one punggol) and there were no issue at all. This is the first time - isn't the one at oasis terrace subway also? Under different management? Y the different service and standards? Totally disappointed.

Visited on 26th Sept. Nice place with ample seats for dine-in. Ordered a footlong. Honest opinion,i think they have overbake the bread cuz it is super hard and without moist. Vegetable and sauce were measly distributed. You would have to prompt the staff to add more of ur preferred vegetable. Overall, i think its a fresh addition to Oasis Terrace however the restaurant needs to review the matter appropriately or educated their service staff
