I am a regular at this outlet, visiting a few times a week, mostly during dinner as it is less crowded compared to lunchtime. Service here is good. The Filipino male server and some others are very friendly and would often greet customers warmly. My experience here has been pleasant. Staff would also oblige when I want extra veggies and toppings. I think they can improve by wiping the tables when it is dirty. Sometimes it is not cleaned. I would try different items on the menu. Sometimes I encountered new staff who may charge wrongly for set or soup add on, but I would highlight.

Always enjoyed subway breakfast. But this outlet, hash browns were very dry, flat white tasted awful. Pls keep the standard up like countless other outlets. Staffs were courteous thou.

There is this busybody and talkative middle-aged female employee who looks malay or filipino. she gave very terrible customer service when I came all the way to this branch just to try the japanese curry subway. she was rushing me to take my order even though there was no one waiting behind me. When I wanted to order the japanese curry sub, I realised that the chicken they were using is the breaded curry chicken and from experience that chicken tastes very bland. I made a remark saying to my sister beside me that I don't like this chicken, then she heard my conversation and told me i can change to a grilled chicken. I thought she was being nice hearing my concern to change the chicken, however I was shocked when I reached the sauces station and I asked her where my curry sauce was, she said "no curry sauce for you because only for breaded chicken". but she was the one that offered me to change meat and then at the LAST MINUTE she told me I cannot have curry chicken. I even offered to pay extra money to top up for curry sauce, but she still refused and was very frustrated with me, then screamed "NO". Then she proceeded to throw the cooked bread with all its ingredients away and she said "next customer". What kind of poor service is this? The employees here are so under-trained and need to learn how to be professional serving staff. I will never order from this outlet again if I see her face. I also read other bad google reviews describing a rude malay/filipino lady that ruined their customer experience and I believe we're talking about the same lady. Subway, do the right thing and give your employee a consequence - fire her.

Today got serve by friendly staff! I asked for extra olives and the ingredients were generous. No complains at all.. The Q line was forming up after I got my chix teriyaki loaf.
