Very disappointed with today's service. I am a regular, normally the 2 Ladies (Ms Vera and one of her staffs) were the ones who taking my orders and it has been wonderful and perfect. She remembers my order and my mom's, she gave a very special attention. How i wish she is here. Recently, after i stopped visiting a few days, suddenly I didnt see the 2 ladies, it was replaced to 2 male servers and it is okay, and I heard that the management has changed. I started to mind when the way he put the Avocado spread on the bread, it was not neat and tidy, you need to use the flat knive to spread it evenly, but he used the scoop to spread and it was not even! and made the sandwich became very bulky and hard to wrap. The sandwich was not wrapped properly and when I started to ear, the fillings and sauces are falling apart, I was mad, and after 2 bites, i threw it away. The sauce too, if I never mention to put more sauces, he was putting a little bit only.

Staff did not produce receipt when billing, I went twice , each visit bought close to $30 worth of sub sandwiches yesterday and today, they only gave the printout from the NETS/Credit card machine. When i asked, the staff said this is the receipt. Capital mall will not accept these Nets/Debit card slips as proof of payment to redeem points. Your staff there kept all the receipts and redeemed points for themselves ?

Lady wearing hijab and glasses has a horrible attitude. Slammed the bread on the counter in anger because I requested a change in the bread type since I do not like the default bread type used for the sandwich I wanted (I’ve asked for this at multiple other outlets and none of them raised an issue with my request).

Both the Ladies at counter, told her that we wanted all the veg serving and yet she choose to exclude a few and when we ask her again we wanted more lettuce she just ignore her, bad service attitude, never go back there again. We open the sub, really empty lacking of veg, so much better to buy at other outlets with give proper portion of veg. Date of purchase 8.45pm, 4th July, please improve your service standard.
