Springleaf prata is always crispy and good. We received the food fast and prata was served hot. They have a kitchen outside the cafe area. Plus point is you can also order cafe coffee and food. Ambience is basic, clean and quiet. This place is staffed by students with special needs/disabilities so please be patient and nice as patrons. It serve as a training ground to prepare the centre's students for work opportunities in f&b. With this understanding, I will rate the service here a 4. Overall was a very pleasant experience and a nice air conditioned atmosphere to have prata!

Ordered the pratas at 10.25am. The food arrived after 35 minutes despite the place not being that crowded. Overall service was ok & most of the staff were quite friendly. Drinks were a massive fail, teh tarik was sweet even though I asked for no sugar, The 2 drinks we ordered were too diluted. The pratas still lived up to the Springleaf's standards (just a little on the drier side!). A bit random but having Indian food at a cafe where they were playing Korean songs in the background felt slightly weird 😆

We went there for breakfast around 9:45 am. I decided to opt for for prata buffet and placed my order at 10:03. And it took exactly 25 mins to deliver my first order. They should improve the service. And the prata was tooo oily. Maybe they are doing it so that we wont eat more. The ambience is good. The place is clean and well kept. Also we ordered for masala dosa which was delivered almost immediately but it was cold already. The chutney was ice cold as if taken out from a fridge. Tastewise was ok.

Not many food joints along that stretch, so I was pleasantly surprised when they said that there was a prata shop in the church. With so many branches, it is not surprising that springleaf prata is not fantastic anymore. But for the aircon, and the quiet ambience, it is a good change

A quaint cafe with good service & dishes out delicious Pratas that our kids love! Waiting time could be slightly longer but considering it’s a social space that provides an inclusive training opportunity, I think the wait is all worth while :)
