Considering the number of customers in here tonight, I'm baffled by the long waiting time just for an order of the pancakes and two scoops of ice cream. I walked over to the counter and checked in with them regarding my order, and the staff shared with me that the pancake requires 20-30 mins to make. To be honest, that was understandable. However, what was unacceptable was the fact that the other family seated beside us got their pancakes 2 mins after us. And that family came in at least 20 minutes AFTER I was seated here. So really, it genuinely felt as though my time was wasted here. I wanted to give a 1 star, but to be fair the chocolate ice cream was good. Highly doubt I would travel back here to wait another 30 minutes for a pancake though.

Service was slow. Ordered pancake takes 20 to 30mins... . When asked, this is what they say. I wonder if they hv only ONE pancake maker. Very discouraging.

It’s the opening of Pasir Ris Mall, so lots of teething issues but the stuff at Flyff Stack were calm and did their job well. Love the dessert but have second thoughts on the price. 2 soufflé desserts and 3 drinks emptied my pocket of $62/-

It's so good, the sweetness is just right & it's freshly made upon order, therefore have to wait around 20 to 25mins, worth the wait, will be back to try other flavours of the souffle :)
