Ordered self-collect on 15/06/24 around 1:19pm and received notification thay order is ready at 1:31pm. I’m in the middle of something and went to collect around 2:10pm. But to my disappointed my order is not yet prepared and was told the machine got issue or something and ask me what i ordered. I waited anothef 15mins to finally collect my order. The worst part is.. chicken is not properly cooked so much disappointed i got on my favorite jollibee.. so i guess i waste my money on the chicken and just eat the spaghetti.

Crowded due to mall being newly opened, hence there is definitely a wait time which was expected. While waiting for my order I watched and noticed the male counter staff being super interactive and friendly to each and every customer going up to collect their food including myself, and can defo a genuine guy as well, despite the crowd he remembered me still when I went back to get more food for take away :) Goodjob for handling the crowd well for the opening ~

During my recent visit to Pasir Ris Mall Jollibee, I observed that the Jolly Spaghetti Meal without Yum Burger is priced at $6.30, whereas Jolly Spaghetti Meal including Yum Burger is priced at $6. This pricing structure surprised me, as typically, one would expect a meal without additional items to be priced lower. When I asked if was my order, the staff told me "OWNSELF CHECK THE RECEIPT"
