Nice renovation since don’t know how long ago since I last visit Bugis Junction. The open concept and different style seating are very creative. Good place for coffee and chill out. However, the waiting time for your order on a Monday 4pm with little crowd, takes more than 10 mins of wait. This is something I find it very ridiculous. Service is too slow for that sense. They should greatly improve on this aspect. Not just me who find them slow, The customers who ordered before me, also feels the same way.

Went here with my friends for drinks. My friend had the peppermint mocha, but they forgot to add the coffee inside, had to go to the counter to ask them remake. My red velvet ice blended drink was mediocre, but the whipped cream on top was done sloppily. The three cups of water we requested from them had dust and dirt inside them too. Horrible experience, worst coffee bean and tea leaf outlet I have been to. I even got food poisoning from this outlet and had to see doc.

I was at Bugis Junction 3 red floor on 22/7, ordered a peach jasmin with jelly, my granddaughter said how come no pearl so I approached the guy who made the drink, I asked him why there’s no pearl. His response is quite awhile then he said no more , I believe he forgot on abt the pearl,without a sorry.(I paid for the pearl n no apologise.Very bad manners n not enough staff. The rest of the staffs was in the room exceone Chinese guy. BAD

Always a good place to take a break from a day of shopping. There was a 1 for 1 offer on the cheese pretzels......👍🏻 Counter Service could have been better...........🤔

It's shocking that CBTL management is refusing to address the staff and training shortcomings at this branch despite the overwhelmingly negative reviews. Customers really shouldn't have to pay to endure such slow & unprofessional service. Staff retraining (and perhaps overhaul) should be on the cards for any organisation that values its customer base.
