Their tuna sandwich had been a favourite dinner of mine! Also, if you're the type to pick a cafe and sit at the same place every time, then I can say this place is for you. Always a go-to when you want to have a nice chitchat with a friend.

Came to the place at noon, and the entire place was empty. Opted to buy an iced coffee, and was shocked by the behaviour of the server. He was unfriendly and even signalled me towards the 60min dining sign which stated 60 mins dining restriction for covid times. I was confused as spending hours doing work at cafes is literally what most people do, and dining restrictions had long been lifted. Furthermore, the place was mostly empty with lots of free tables, so what was the point of telling me this? Overall felt the staff was being hostile for no reason. You will have a more pleasant time going to Starbucks which is on the same floor.

A quiet ambience - great for catching up with old friends, short revision session for students. Cakes & drinks are nice, as usual. What needs improvement is the customer service - lacking warmth.

Only one male staff working on a Sunday 24 July at 6pm and he definitely couldn’t cope as he seemed very lost while taking orders and preparing drinks. It was a long wait to just place an order for a drink. And I was shocked to see my order (Iced Cafe Mocha) poured out from a pre-prepared flask? It tasted so horrible and honestly the worst I’ve had from Coffee Bean. A complete waste of $7. Please ensure your staff are properly trained before they start working at the store!

Would like to compliment the girl wearing head scarf who was working on 24 july at 2.30 pm. It was very busy and they had two staff working only. Despite it being busy and witness many customers giving her problems. She was very patience and got our order fixed as it was mixed up by the other person. She looked like she was having a rough time but regardless, she smiled and served us well. She's doing a great job! Customer service was great although it was a little slow.
