Northshore 1 .coffebean tea leaf. The bread end of the load was hard...and the hashbrow was cold .taste like just defrosted and serve. Still taste the after frost . Drink is good hot and served well. Will not come back . Probably will.pass this outlet. Waterway point much better food served and hot.

What's the use of putting a limit of 50mins dining time when the store manager doesn't not bother to even take any action on that when customers are waiting outside for a long time? One customer requested for cup refill with water twice. The staff is seen doing feedback on the queue but manager takes no actions. Its weekends and this is happening. Great!

The cashier never ask me whether want to take away or dine-in. I thought the branch is 24 hours. After ordered and paid, staff said going to close in 8 mins. Pls inform customer in advanced if your shop is going to close in 30 mins times.

My friend visited this outlet to get a breafast take-out and accidentally left her handphone on one of the seats. The staff were very honest and thoughtful to have kept it safely for her till she came back for it at the end of the day.

Food served is cold. Latte and cappuccino not strong. Not much coffee taste.
