Dunkin donuts matcha latte is really good. It's smooth and velvety as well as sweet. It has a sweet flavor an is extremely tasty. There was a slight taste of bitterness in the matcha which was then overlapped by the obvious taste of sweetness. The price is reasonable. $6.00 for a latte with whipped cream isn't overly priced. Overall, a good place for coffee and grab-n-go.

Disappointed with the service. There were a few staffs in total sitting at the back whilst only 1 was serving at the counter and was preoccupied with helping another lady. I stood at display counter and looked over counter to see if any staff was available to help and all looked at me straight in the eye, not doing anything. Then 2 aunties walked beside me and started talking about the donuts and suddenly a staff came over and attended to them, completely ignoring my presence. Ridiculous.
