Donuts was okay. The only thing that irked me the most was the service from this particular young lady in glasses, with hijab on. She spoke in an incredibly low voice & when I said "sorry?" because I couldn't hear her, she repeated her question in an incredibly annoyed and irritated voice. Her face seems so unpleasant & sour when serving the customers too. Understandably F&B is hard, but having a staff like this in the long run will just repel customers in the future. She is not the only one who is tired from working. Everyone else is too, so that is not an excuse to receive a bad service.

Bad customer service. Staff in need of training particularly the slim malay lady in glasses. Pulling a long face and was just rude! Was at the outlet at Hillion mall on Tues (07 Sep) afternoon around 12.30pm. Never again!

Had the most terrible experience buying from this outlet. The staffs were so unfriendly, they don’t look happy and bothered serving their customers. The worst part is, I bought 6 pieces of donuts which cost $10.80 and the staff said I get 2 Free coco max drink when they actually charged me $3!

1st May ard 16.40 chinese staff was on the hp ddnt even notice there were customers.. was served by a malay staff who was so unfriendly showed a snobbish look ddnt even bother to greet customers👎. The staffs r much more friendlier wen they operate in bt panjang plaza
