Worst service. Shows a lot of attitude to answer questions. Over priced aswell.

customer service was a disappointment, there was around 2-3 staff members, one was at the cashier and the 2 other serving , BUT SERVICE WAS VERY SLOW. on 2 separate occasions, they gave me the wrong drink(appearance wise both looks the same, that’s why I didn’t realise it was the wrong one) I Only realised they gave the wrong drink when I reached home! customer service + staff’s attitude could be improved! I feel that the company has to do something about the staff attitude as I had encountered similar experience in other outlets too!

A relatively small dunkin donuts outlet that's hard to spot. However, they sell a wide variety of their favourites!

Went to northpoint outlet on 18/10 .around 8.20pm..veey dispointed with the staff.i was asking what I wanted one by one than the staff was gave me a irritated face and ask how many u want .I wanted to get more but lost interest in buying and got 4 donuts..all of them were put together in a small bag which I was hoping for a box..I think she was more interested in her phone.bad services
