I recently visited this outlet and I had a horrible experience. My husband went to place the order, the lady told him to wait for 2 mins as she was packing someone else’s order, after she was done, she totally ignored him and started to take orders from other customers who came after us, when he pointed out, her response was not so apologetic, so we just left. Dont know whether to term this as pure negligence or racism!

Knowing they open 9am i came 9.13am lady told me they open 9.45am mmmm ok so I walk off to but came back and saw d lady severing a guy so I asked she said he only buying donut. Walk away again but i really want thier drinks but wait she didn't event know what i want. I thought that was unfair so I came back telling her u guys open 9am. So if u can't sever yet put up a sign letting people know. How irresponsible of them.

Pleasant experience here, always did computer work here while muching on donuts, staff were very friendly, will definitely come again :D

I was with my friend just sitting down not even 1 min. An old man, I believe he is the owner of the Dunkin' Donuts for Harbourfront Centre questioning us rudely and in an impolite way asking us are we ordering something? What kind of bad attitude he has and even accused us that he saw us occupied the seats without order anything whereby we just reached harbourfront centre a few mins ago. He also demanded us to leave immediately. Very disappointed of the way the boss treated the customer. Look down on customers. Shame on you! Definitely will give 0 stars If can! Went to Dunkin' Donuts Far East Plaza instead. Happily enjoying the donuts and drinks (see second photos).

Visited this outlet. Counter person said to wait and kept taking other peoples orders while i was just standing there. Racism at its worst. :/
