Ordered online for pick up 30min later. I arrived 10min later. No organisation of front counter even though self-collection was the preferred option of a lot of customers. Was told to wait outside due to COVID restrictions, but until I went inside to ask for the status of my order, no one bothered to check what I was waiting for. To top it of, the preparation of the pizza was poor, at least a third of the Hawaiian pizza had no cheese on it! Only saving grace is the crispy thin crust was crispy.

Delivery was pretty quick, but their whole truffle mushroom pizza had less than 1 mushroom (barely even half a mushroom) on it

Pizza quality is OK but service can be improved. Pre-ordered a few hours before, and even though the website said my pizzas were ready for collection, when I went there, the staff told me they were still being cooked and asked me to wait outside in the hot sun. Waited for another 10 or 15 minutes before i could collect my order. Staff didn't apologise or explain why the pizza was delayed.

Don't bother ordering from this branch if you need the pizza to arrive within a certain time. Took 1.5 hours to arrive even though confirmation page said it would take half an hour. Should have read the reviews before ordering and getting our hopes up for having pizza for lunch at work. I even had to email about getting my free pizza voucher as compensation because they never sent. Pizza itself was meh, at least if it was good for the price I'd give an extra star.
