I happened to chance upon this place after exiting Tampines West MRT. Ordered a thin crust Pepperoni pizza and it was done within 10 minutes! The staff on duty were very friendly, and the elderly Muslim auntie had one of the nicest smiles when I thanked her and waved goodbye! Pizza was hot and fresh, heavy on taste and only $9.90! This shop is opposite Tampines Neighborhood Police Centre.

I pre-ordered pizzas at 4pm and they told me to collect at 6.30pm. When I reached they said it wasn't ready yet and need 20 mins more (this is after making us wait for 10mins and not asking for our order number). After waiting for 20mins, it still wasn't done so we continued to wait. At 45 mins mark we asked again and he told us our pizza haven't been made yet. We were going to leave and come back later but he suddenly called us and gave the pizza. Turns out our pizzas were on their counter for more than 15mins and no one bothered to check. Judging from the packed store I know they were busy shouldn't you stop orders from coming in knowing ur workers cannot handle it? It was ridiculous how they made us wait even though our pizzas were there. They didn't even bother giving chilli flakes or apologize for their mistake. Since we had cold pizzas after pre ordering and waiting for 45mins, I'm giving it one star.

Website is not usable. Glitches all the time and when you check out it takes your money but glitches and reroutes you back to the cart like you've never checked out yet. Waited on delivery for more than 3 hours. Called hotline and have been put on hold for 30 mins and counting.

2nd time ordering delivery. They are always late and late. HQ should look into this.
