Food is bad. Service is bad. Ordered medium rare steak but was given an overcooked, dry and hard steak. Went back to tell them it’s overcooked but he insist this is medium rare and it cannot be any rarer. Gave to my mum who cannot stand having bloody steak but she said this is too hard to chew on. People who can’t cook beef properly shouldn’t even be cooking beef. HORRIBLE

Sorry to say, this western food stall cannot make it. The previous JWS was so good but they relocated. No quality in their taste. The butter rice is tasteless. The butter flavour is in the gravy instead. The chicken wasn't fresh and also tasteless. First and Last time for me.

$3.80 for 6 pieces of puny onion rings. Daylight robbery, atrocious. Earlier experience with undercooked ham in pasta too. Avoid at all cost.

The serving size was so small I felt like I was going fine dining but at a coffeeshop. Just look at the image, the salmon is the size of half a bread. Not sure how they could expand so many outlets in just half a year when the quality isn't there yet
