On Sunday afternoon, i enjoyed the customer service provided by Sarah Poh, Asyraf & William. Friendly, helpful and assisted with my inquiries. i had an enjoyable tea time in this outlet. Love the cosy corner. Awesome and helpful staff. Love these cute dessert in a mug. I prefer chocolate over mango mousse coz it reminds me of Ferrero rocher. This is one of the best Christmas promo where I get to keep the cup 😇 super love it 🥰

Plenty of seats available on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered their breakfast platter and egg club sandwich. Both are nice. But still prefer their egg club

Had the misfortune of visiting this place yesterday. Hazelnut latte was watery and diluted. Had to return it after a couple of sips and informed the staff. The replacement hazelnut latte was served with utter carelessness as though I was freeloading. Very poor customer service. At 7.50 for a small latte what you get is a substandard drink with a cold service. Will never visit this place again. For the same price Starbucks or any other coffee joint is way better.

The CCP outlet used to be I and my colleague's favourite rest stop a few years back. Today's visit verdict was that their glorious days are over. Unless, of course, if someone picks up the cudgel and do something. Being right across the unassailable Starbucks means they really must rise to the challenge. Yet, the staffs had somewhat lost their mojos. Not that they are bad buy they could do with a bit more enthusiasm and eye contact. Observed the happy and incessant banter between themselves that made customers akin to being intruders.
