Goodness gracious! My mum just bought a cake this evening from this store, and we opened it in the restaurant to celebrate my dad's birthday. To our horror, we found that the fruits had molded! Please do not buy from this store; this is totally unacceptable!!!

Variety bread and cake having here. Look creative for the bread and shop but the price a bit pricey, range from $2.40 above. Quite small the space too. Overall ok.

Hmmm… interesting creations!! BUT - the chiffon cakes - it says must be kept refrigerated at 5C BUT ITS SITTING OUT IN THE OPEN AIR by the entrance, not in a refrigerated space and … the mall space is not even air-conditioned !!

As much as the waffle and bread is tasty, however a business can definitely ruin by the staffs. I went 3 times as I really love their waffle, both staffs ( lady with specs black frame and the other lady who in charge of making waffle) very unprofessional and rude, 0 customer service at all, and bad attitude. By the way, the signboard showing waffle time from 9am-8pm, but if u reach there at 7.30pm, they will tell you no more order. In this case, please change your sign board so you don’t confuse your clients. Shitty service staffs kills your business.

tried their waffle today- the lady staff with light brown tattooed eyebrows took my order and she was alright, i had to repeat my order twice for some reason tho?? it was my first time ordering their waffles so i didn’t know where to stand or what to do and she didn’t do anything but just stared at me😅😅 0 customer service actually 😭 but okay i got my waffles in the end and they’re not really that good especially when they costed $2.70.. in my opinion, go to the store selling nyonya desserts at b1 instead if u want waffles that are affordable and nice lol!
