For the second time, no customer service at all by the staff. Today (5/2/2025) , there was no one in queue while I was checking for the items to order. One staff was outside, taking pictures on the display and i stood there waiting for someone to take my order. Staff went back in ,got 'busy' with the other bakes and while i have been standing there , she went on to take another person order who just came while here I am standing for the past 5 mins. When she gets to me, she looked annoyed and proceed to punch in my orders. While punching in, she took her phone and answered her call while im still waiting for my transaction to be punched in. She didnt even put down the phone while serving my bag. Very unprofessional and rude. The last time was the same but that time it was peak hour.. today it was empty. Very disappointing
