From couple or weeks ago. The food was average fare and the restaurant seem to be short staffed and be struggling to cope with increased diners after lifting of restrictions. Kudos to the service staff for trying their best despite the struggle!

Service was polite & prompt. However, hygiene could be improved as the table they gave me still had bits of food & oily spots on it so I had to sanitize it myself. Ordered the Chicken Baked Rice and it was disappointing. It was cheesy but there was not enough sauce so the rice was dry & bland plus the chicken itself was dry, chewy & bland. Maybe I should've stuck with my usual, Salmon Baked Rice. Will return to check on that next time. Hope it's still super yummy like before.

Staff are friendly and the place was clean. However, I will never again eat an impossible burger. 🤢 It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had. The steak was no better either. But the salad was good!

Swensen's is the place I go for dessert. Last Friday, we had a waffle promotion with 2 scoops of ice cream with toppings. The waffle is on the softer side. We choose strawberry as the toppings and blue berry juice is a nice mix with the ice cream cream. It is a very spacious cafe where they have beautiful stained glass lamps. There are seats which are situated besides clear windows which you can see the scenery outside. They also have cushioned seats as well. They close at 1030pm.

Swenson's is a stalwart for Singaporeans. Guess many will have fun memories of ice cream there. I used to enjoy their breakfast on weekends. Today, I had another favorite, their mega burger. The taste is nice and meaty! Lots of other ingredients in it as the picture shows, only wish it wasn't turkey bacon.
