This cracker should come with a notice: No real ingredients were hurt making this abomination. Even the cheapest frozen pizza is better than this. Dry thin pre-baked cracker, topped with a tiny bit of industrial sauce and even less tasteless industrial ‘cheese’. By far the worst pizza in Singapore. The lasagna wasn’t bad.

Pezzo's pizza was piping hot and absolutely exquisite - they had a hot pizza guarantee! Large slices, a generous amount of toppings,could taste the fresh dough which made all the difference. Fantastic value for what you pay for.

One of the worse pizzas I have ever eaten. I cannot taste the difference between the dough and the cheese( btw, not a compliment, the dough should be crusty, crispy and soft while the cheese should be a favour explosion. Ur pizza did none of that). But the most disappointing thing is the service. The lady at the counter is one of abhorrent cashier I have ever seen. No patience and no consideration. Customers get the feeling that they are no welcomed at all. Is this how ur run a shop? What a disappointment. The male employee is quite nice and did his job well. Ur should seriously consider firing the lady cashier as many other negative reviews also brought her up. She is adversely affecting ur business on a whole. There are many nice and capable individuals who does not have a job in Singapore. For any other people who have seen my review, I highly advice against ordering from this store. U are much better off buying a frozen pizza or make ur own if u wish! Pezzo, please step up ur game.

Used to be a die-hard fan of Pezzo pizza, but recently, some of their newer flavours are questionable. Usually sticks to my all-time fav Pepperoni pizza. Noticed that there's lesser pepperoni slices & there's an overloaded of cheese too. Cut portions are not equal. Customer service is very lacking at this outlet. Kindly advice staffs to serve with sincerity. By the way, i believe customers should not need to ask for packets of chilli flakes & cheese, unless the customers personally request not to have it. Do take note that every pizza should naturally come with sides of chilli flakes & cheese packets. >>> Updates : Gave this outlet a 2nd chance. Customer service improved slightly. However, the taste of pizza dough was horrible - more cloying ☹️ Ingredients still lacking, AND still no chilli flakes / cheese packets given. Wasn't even asked if i prefer them to heat up the pizzas 😐
