Second time this happened Wrong or incomplete order. In my whole order 3 times were missing 2 nos. Garlic loaf - Missing One was part of bundle order and other was ordered separately. 1 no. Garlic Cheese Sticks I am very very disappointed with the service offered. I am a regular customer of this outlet but surprised when it come to home delivery how they miss on the items. Suggestions to all please check all items once handover to you by delivery boy if you order it online before he closes the status of order delivery. Due to this I had to travel on my own again to another outlet to buy some food for my kid and wife. It was just a waste of time.

Freshly made pizzas! Love the Char-Grill pizza especially the Hawaiin pizza. Conveniently located in the neighbourhood hartland Hougang Mall next to MRT station and bus interchange with plenty of dinning shopping banking library postage supermarkets community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities nearby. Freshly prepared healthy ingridients with tender loving caring skillful cooking and professional warm services. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.

Bought pizza from this Hougang Mall branch 2 times before. Every time they will heat up the pizza again before packing. This time using Fave voucher, the male staff didn’t help to heat up the pizza, abit disappointed, who will like cold pizza ? 😑

No frills pizza, gald to know that they dough is fresh and made daily. Staff was friendly enough to reheat slices even when I mixed 6 different ones in my pan
