Bought 3 slices, all cold... Should have at least made it warm. Bad experience. I will give it 4 stars if the pizza is hot or warm. Cold... It might have been out there for long already

Nora from Pezzo Lot One was really friendly and helpful to help with our party order. She contacted us to help us in our order past the shop’s operating hours and started early before the shop opened the next day to ensure that our orders are prepared in time for our party in the morning. i tried to redeem my pizza since im a samsung member. those people were really rude and inconsiderate. They didnt even explain to me how to redeem the pizza. they just said "they dont know" . Really bad behaviour.
