Very rude staff. Malay guy was okay nothing much to say. Older Malay female simply ignored me when I stood there for very long while she’s doing her own stuff before attending to me. There was no queue at all. I asked for chicken lasagna and she simply said 15 minutes. I said oh okay, do I need to pay first? She ignored me and continued to do her things. I came back 15 minutes later and she ignored me again. I said hi? She then glared at me and asked the Malay guy to serve me. I don’t get it, do they not like people ordering lasagna because it’s more work or what? I patronize Pezzo at compass one frequently and their service far exceeds here at ION. There are always polite and nice. Same company, such different attitude

An ok place if you are looking to try slices of different pizzas in various flavours under one roof. Slices are pretty large but I've seen people eat 3 slices and wanting more. My go to is the classic Hawaiian pizza (which has nothing to do with Hawaii ironically).

Would be better if staff can ask customer if they want to reheat pizza. The pizza I bought today was cold af. Wouldn't hurt also if staff can smile or at least greet customers once in a while. Pls train your staff properly

First and last time eating Pezzo Pizza. Coming from Europe, I am hugely dissatisfied with the poor quality food in Singapore, and this pizza was no exception. The base was like eating a terrible breadloaf, that unfortunately did not resemble anything of a normal pizza dough base that one should expect in any respectable establishment. The sauce was very standard and not much flavour, and the cheese was a lot like flavourless rubber, which left a horrid smell around your mouth afterwards. All in all, terrible pizza, expensive and generally poor quality ingredients. The disadvantages of living in a country whereby none of the raw products are produced.

Great and friendly staff and pizza on my last visit but the problem is that there are many rude customers who think they have so much authority towards the staff and there are also customers who uses vouchers which slows the process of receiving my pizza as I ordered. Overall great place but very packed during weekends, will return again when I head back to Ion.
