I tried ordering for the first time using the self-service kiosk, which was easy although one of the credit card terminals seemed to be down. After placing my order, I left for about 10 minutes. When I returned, my order number wasn’t showing under "preparing" or "collection." I noticed a few bags ready, so I asked a staff member about my order. He ignored me, with his back facing me and just gave me a dismissive hand signal to wait. Frustrated, I stepped away to cool off and came back to wait. Eventually, my number was called. As for the pasta which was supposed to be fresh, was hard and chewy. Maybe it was because it was a takeaway, but since their concept is “pasta to go,” that shouldn’t have been an issue. On the bright side, the prawns were good and had the texture I like, unlike some others that tend to be different. Also, less chilli is indeed to my liking and not too spicy for those who don’t take spicy. I might return to try different pasta options, but I'll have to brace myself in case I deal with any more rude or dismissive staff.

I enjoy ordering from Pasta Go as it is customised through the self ordering kiosk. You can decide which hand made pasta you want, how soft it is, add additional protein/ veg etc. Price is economical, food is delicious, the disposable cutlery is good quality which can be reused. Wait time is around 10 min and I love watching how my pasta is prepared. Disadvantage is.. you can only take away. No seat in dining available.

I ordered beef bolognese and add extra sauce. But frm the picture u can tell there not much sauce in it. I paid $2.20 plus to add more sauce. Haven’t try before that why tot of trying today but quite disappointed and the worst is I saw the staff cooking the spaghetti without wearing any gloves and he use his hand to touch the noodles. Work as a F&B hygiene is a must.

Ordered takeaway, pasta was expensive but portions were small and sauce was very little. Texture of the pasta was too doughy, and overall taste was quite average… I would not order it again.

The staff literally left my pasta dipped in water while sorting the logistics of their supplies, frantically took it out when I came over to check on the order (obviously left it for too long). The pasta absorbed most of the water before I could even pour the sauce (packed separately - a bit weird). My meal was nothing but a waste of money filled with disappointment.
