This is Shabu Shabu place looks nice from the outside. No doubt the idea is cute to have a bear in the hotpot. But that’s about it, just a gimmick. Portion is quite small, a few pieces of thinly sliced chicken per serving costing $70+ for 3 pots. Maybe the cost is for the bear. We ordered the prawn and collagen soup, the soup feels like water mixed with instant soup powder, doesn’t taste like those authentic soups that took hours to boil. Soup is very starchy and it’s make you feel thirsty for the rest of the day. In summary, try once for the novelty is more than enough. There are many better food options nearby.

A lovely meal for just 17.50 before GST. The soup was delicious and the beef was juicy. Please look at how adorable the bear is in the photos attached. We ordered an accompanying strawberry milk bear to go with it, and my heart has never been fuller. So cute!!!!! And the servers are so sweet. Vibes on point, would come with my girlies again ~~

Very thick and tasty soup! We tried 3 flavours. Namely the chicken collagen, prawn cream soup and kimchi gochujang soup. All three was yummy. As the soup boils it gets thicker. The portion is quite filling without any sides. But we did order rice and noodles to let it swim win the onsen bear! Wonderful concept, yummy meal and very filling for lunch! We bought a bottle of water to dilute the soup.

Such a wonderful experience ! Watching the cute bear soaking in a bowl of collagen ! The food amount is reasonable but would be better to have a larger quantity of beef and or chicken

Oh my gosh. This is the WORST soup I’ve ever had in my entire life. Seriously it tastes like crap. This bear gimmick is a freaking scam. I’ve never felt so cheated in my life. You know if you have a fish tank and there’s green algae growing on it, when you wash it, this soup tastes exactly like that! Never ever am I coming back to order this algae tasting crap!
