Went on a weekday, shop isn’t too busy. Took awhile for them to prepare the steamboat, but it’s okay, flavours are pretty nice. BBQ meat is also quite nice. Service is average, so have to ask if you need something. Sauces are self service.

Pretty cool to see the bear jiggling in the soup. The collagen soup is quite nice but can’t drink more than a few spoonful. The place is quite under staffed so the service is slow. The shabu shabu meat has large tendon so very chewy. I tried grilling the meat again and still quite tough.

Dont be fooled by the images like me... i was intrigued with the teddy bear hotpot concept and went to try. The bears took pretty long to finally melt. My gochujang broth didnt taste like gochujang at all, it was super creamy and thick until all my utensils were coated in paste as i ate on. At the end, the entire bowl of soup thickened and turned into jelly. You can flip the bowl without anything falling over. However the bbq chicken is nice and soft. Beef was alright. Would suggest you to go for the grilled items rather than the hotpot. Service and atmosphere is alright but I wont visit again...

The restaurant connected directly to Somerset MRT, where the star of the show was a little bear that dramatically melts into your hotpot—a surreal but oddly charming sight. It seems the place has become quite popular, as we were greeted by a long line. Unfortunately, they don’t take reservations (for reasons beyond my understanding), so we patiently waited, which ended up taking about an hour before we could finally sit down. The real issue, however, lies in the staff management—or lack thereof. There was only one person juggling both the cash register and managing the queue, which made the entire waiting process feel like a strategic error from the start. I couldn’t help but think that if the workload was divided among more staff, the line would move much faster. Once inside, things didn’t exactly get smoother. The staff seemed new to the job, leading to a few hiccups along the way. That said, the colorful little bears—each with a different flavor—made it worth the trouble. We had the shabu-shabu, and the concept of individual hotpots was a nice touch, especially for those who prefer not to share a communal pot. The food itself was surprisingly good, and the portions were generous, making the meal quite a value for the price. While there’s definitely room for improvement in the operation and flow, the overall experience wasn’t bad. With a bit more polish, I think this place could become a real gem. Until then, make sure to bring your patience—and enjoy the spectacle of a bear dissolving before your very eyes!

Was excited to try the hotpot thinking that the bear was frozen broth. It turned out to be made of gelatin and the entire meal was ruined by the discovery. Had the soy milk, miso and collagen broths but we ended up grilling meat and removing the entire bear from the pot. Photos showed how much gelatin the meal contained. The service was really slow and they forgot to serve us the 2nd and 3rd broths. Staff seemed inexperienced.
