Chops! Grill & Sides (Holland Village) serves Western food. It's alright. I had the beef burger combo set that comes with cheese fries. On top of that, ordered sweet potato fries. The sauce for the fries has a little spice to it. It also has mayonnaise. It's an interesting mix, which is appetising. The burger is a little small to me. But the taste is alright. The price of what I ordered is about $15, which is on the pricey side. On the other hand, the portion of the fries is very generous to me. It's situated at a coffee shop near Holland Village mrt. The atmosphere of the coffee shop is pretty decent. The toilet of the coffee shop is nice. You need to climb some stairs to go to the toilet.

Ordered for medium and the doneness is about right. The steak is more like ribeye, with the strips of fats at the side and the tenderloins in between. However, the meat juiciness is more like sirloin steaks, lean meat. Love the cherry tomato marinations, sweet and sour. Not sure why is there GST on this store.

Even though it’s situated in a coffeeshop, basic manners and service is definitely appreciated. What I experienced was not just poor quality of food - but a “can’t be bothered attitude” by the staff who took my orders. Came by and wanted to try their burgers - asked which burger was recommended as they had so many variations - got zero response???? Then decided to order just their normal burger but the expression I got from the guy serving me was as if he couldn’t wait to get off work and get out of the stall asap!! Poor body language and tone - if you’re not keen to be in this line of f&b then pls switch to a desk bound computer facing job!!! Terrible. Let’s not mention the fact that the fries were horrible despite being a large portion - quality > quantity - zero seasoning to the fries Burger was really basic and edible - even my home made burgers are tastier. No matter how affordable their pricing may be, I’m definitely not heading back to this place, and neither should you!!! Customer service was just terrible 😞 Have a look at the pic attached and just see their horrendous plating!!

I’m quite disappointed that their standards dropped. It wasn’t like this a few years back. I always loved coming to this place to eat. I ordered a carbonara but it was way too oily and i couldn’t finish it because I felt a little sick from the oil. :/ I think they need to reduce the oil usage.
