Oh my god, service so slow. Plus the receptionist so rude with the friends Then already given repeated order still wrong once reach home.

This KFC branch is located across a green field with a tall water tower on the right. It is 2 storeys with the ground floor for ordering your food. No tables. For that you walk upstairs where there are about 14 tables, each for 4 people. The KFC staffs are very helpful and was eager to assist with deciding what to order. Our food came fairly quickly and they're hot from the fryer. The big tub of coleslaw which came with the chicken bucket was too cold. It was like eating coleslaw ice cream. The toilet was not cleaned properly. It looks like it wasn't cleaned recently. Could do better, KFC.

When ordering at evening time around 7 p.m and above. Normally the service is slow and always have to wait 20 minutes time.

Strong good Wifi. Offers different menu. Clean toilet. Ghost pepper twister was literally spicy fire 🌋🌋🌋 & truffle parmesan truffle tasted like legit truffle flavour (very gourment). Friendly staff. Great nugget totally taste like chicken (not just flour). Their chicken is always crispy & fresh. Nice chicken 🍗🍗🍗. Also, ❤❤❤ zinger waffle (waffle was caramely soft with spicy chicken which totally match). But staff need to clear table after people finish & clean their dusty aircon 😐. Overall, great chicken place. Recommend if you want to buy crispy fried chicken.

Sorry to say but the customer service is one of the worst that I had ever experience.They don’t know how to deal with customer with polite words.Worst service.
