Generally, KFC in Brunei has the worst fast food service in the country. Cheaper fast food restaurants have better services. At this particular branch I've had multiple problems from them having slow service because they only open one counter, making the queue quite long. And on top of that, once we get to the counter, more than a few times I'm told I had to wait for their chicken for 25 minutes. Not once or twice, but so many. KFC Brunei, you really need to do something about your service.

hotshot with fries is so weird. hotshot with fries doesnt meet the standard instead of hotshot they give a pieces of slice chicken 😥 so disappointed
