Went at 8pm. No queue inside. Was informed that the Zinger is out of stock as always =/. Made an order, 3 dinner plates meals, 2 colonel burger meals, pop corn chicken and loaded potato bowl. Was told I wld need to wait 10min. So I went and sat down, next to a table that was messy and had not been cleared yet. 20 min later I get 3/4 of my meal, Colonel burgers not ready yet. 10 min later Colonel burgers given, so 30 min already. 30 minutes is NOT fast food. What got to me is that there was no apology from them for the extra wait. Basic manners missing. Then when I look through quickly, I find they have forgotten the chips and a milo, I inform them, it takes another few minutes. Also I notice the dirty table next to me has not been cleared away in 30 + minutes I was there ! When I get home, on further inspection, I realize they completely missed all the coleslaw for the meals AND only gave me original flovored chicken when I asked for spicy. Just bad service, unclean environment and no manners. Once the McD opens up in Jalan Muara they are definitely going to lose most of their business with the service they are giving now. Do Better KFC

Came to the drive through and was told to park and wait 15 minutes. 25 minutes later I walk into the store and am told I will have to wait another 6 minutes. This is ridiculous ! Service is pathetic! Why do they even bother having a drive through if you have to come in to collect your food ? Really displeased with this kfc :(

I ordered a 1 pc rice plate and when i came home the rice was missing.
