Staff nearly gave me the wrong items. So do check before leaving the store. Durian puff too watery to our liking. Not tasty. Dounut puff, bread needs to be more soft... not tasty. Tarts are good though. Overall nothing fanciful. Just another pastry shop.

Ordered 6 puff macha / chocolate / Hokkaido cream not bad for first time trying. Also order 2 garlic cream and dirty croissant too sweet.

Very nice expensive Durian puffs $3.50 each. Not overly sweet. But Hokkaido cream polo puff was average. And so was the choc tarts. Added one more star as at 11 August 2022. Bought the Hokkaido cream croissant and chocolate croissant on National Day. The chocolate ones were hot favourite with everyone at home . Appreciate owner for responding to my review. Thats how customers feedback are being valued.

Tried Kazo for the first time. Looked good. Was fine but not impressed. Somehow the Hokkaido cream volcano donuts weren't good as pastry was coarse n thick n filling was little. chocolate one was better. Matcha Cream Kazu was ok. Not a fan. sorry. Didn't really appeal to my tastebuds. Signature polo was pretty good. Fragrant pastry n cream filling was good.

I had a very unpleasant encounter. I was interested in trying the cake at Kazo and place an order, however the service staff asked me to wait in line even though there wasn't one and she was busy doing something else instead of taking my order.
