Tastes change and the ingredients deceased, they renovated the shop, employees changed,shop counter in- charge gave bad attitude while I asked her why the bread change into not good tastes, why is it not the same as usual anymore? Then she replied rude to me Infront of my mother.

Used to buy waffle from the shop, after renovation increased 20cents from $1.50 to $1.70 each for plain. In less than a year or 6 months (can’t remember exactly how many months) increase again to $1.90. Will consider to DIY at home.

Today I went to this shop to buy kaya waffle. I paid them $1.70 and told them that I will pick the waffle in 10 mins. After coming back there was another lady, I clearly told her that I paid for kaya, I also need choclate waffle and paid $ 1.80 again. But after taking two waffles the staff were arguing with me that I have paid only for 1 waffle. Even I am trying to explain they started talking and arguing with me in chinese(one customer tried to explain them in chinese they are not ready to hear). I felt so embarassed and paid again $1.70. This is so disgusting. This is not matter of money . This is so unfair brought 2 and paid for 3. They kept me on the wrong side. Why dont they give any reciept after we pay for waffles?!
