Bought waffles here today (12 Jul 2023) Waffles are freshly made upon placing an order. The waffles had a good scent of pandan flavour. I ordered one with chocolate filling and peanut filling. I love the one with chocolate filling, a fairly good amount of chocolate filling, less sweet, and a fairly good aroma. The peanut one had a little salty taste, less aromatic. The texture of the waffles is chewy, a bit on the tough side, not too soft.

Your staff here at Tampines outlet being so ungrateful customer service, at first my wife wants to order waffles, but your staff mentioned the wash wash the waffle maker at 8 plus. Shop closed at 9.30pm, I visit at 8.55pm, unable to get waffle. Totally fine with that!! Lastly, I will like to purchase a spread bread, but the same person at the cashier told us, it already 9pm, everything is wash already.. can only buy what balance at the table.. come on, shop closed at 9.30pm, you are telling the staff cleans everything at 8pm and does not allow customer purchase anything after 8pm??? Might as well, you jolly well put a signage here that we will not serve anything to customer after 8pm!! This is not the first time I being reject by the same person. And this hit my nerve whereby a complain must be serve to this outlet.

Rude service at takashimaya This year, pineapple tarts are not so nice. They sticks to the baking paper. Need to get your act together
