Bought some buns just at tan tock seng hospital, there is no tray at all at the shelf. Went to the cashier and ask for a try from the Malay cashier that was working at the cashier. She is so rude, not friendly and talk so rough to me. Not even a simple smile to the customer. After paying to her she just pass me the buns n not a thank u to a customer. What a bad customer service is have. Not sure if she realised that there is sick n old patient at the hospital. Just be more nice will make them happy.

Waffles are creamy with peanut butter (hidden at the bottom). Located beside the kopitiam food court.

Don't appreciate the unhelpful staff at your Tan Tock Seng Hospital when I asked if I were to buy a waffle n asked for it to be cut into smaller sections for a dementia patient to eat as a take away but no, both the staff there said they can only cut it into 2 at most!! Into 4s also they refused to accommodate! What kind of service is this! I'm buying it as a takeaway not not for sitting down to eat with a fork n knife. The patient was going to travel in an ambulance back to a nursing home! This is totally unacceptable for a frontline f&b establishment!
