I’ve only purchased from ZACs using the online delivery platforms but I’ve just been so impressed that I have to give them 5 stars. The meat / veggies / bread have all been excellent and handed over to the the delivery drivers incredibly quickly. Will always get my goodies from ZACs.

Yesterday I thought I tried out a bottle of pasta sauce and 1 piece of raw chicken thigh (hormone free). The labelling for the chicken thigh was misleading; it did not mention it is by weight. I placed a 10 dollar note which was insufficient.. Expected the staff to nicely clarify but he did not. I quickly topped up my money. Rated low because of poor customer service and dismissive attitude of the staff. He abruptly placed the plastic bag with the stuff lying down without saying anything.

Was too late to place Christmas order for cooked meats but staff helpful to recommend just buying the raw version which they marinade for customer so we just follow instructions on cooking/roasting. Pricy side but for special occasions and if need the halal version then this works very well ! 👍👍👍

Chose 4 steaks. When we got home, two of the steaks were not what we chose. Cavet emptor i guess. Never going back.
