I tried their Raya Exclusive Satay Chicken Fried Rice and love it! So flavourful and delicious with generous portions. I definitely recommend this to let you try with friends and family before this 24 April. Do order this limited menu.

My Ah Gong lives in hougang and he wanted to try out the fried udon with beef at the heartland mall. The staff are busy doing their task. He tries to order from the self order kiosk but there is error. My Ah Gong asked for help and there is this big size chinese guy who keep asking if he has made payment. Lucky my Gong knows how to read English word "error" and he told the staff about that but he kept repeating if he has made payment. My Ah Gong fed up and decide to buy from sukiya instead. Hougang is a mature estate and there are a lot of elderly who are not IT savy. Please train your staff to improve customer service especially towards the elderlies.

very slow service, expected wait said to be 30 mins max , i waited for over 50 mins and still did not receive my food . Had to leave without my food if not i would be late for work. Wasted my money

The fried rice is extremely nice and the service is quite fast.I do recommend buying it at off peak hours as it can take a very long wait from 20 min to 1hour.the wait is typically worth it though
