Good option for takeaway! Easy to eat as everything is just in 1 box, and the ingredients are not bad - they use short grain rice!! You can expect some wait here as they fry each order individually, but there’s an online app for you to place your order before collecting. Gave 4 stars (to be accurate, would give 3.5) as there’s room for improvement on the flavor of the egg fried rice - would like if there’s more wokhey taste in the fried rice and slightly more flavor! Update: Tried out the Shanghai fried rice per Wok-hey suggestions! It was fragrant and definitely had slightly more flavor than the egg fried rice. However, I do still think my earlier opinion stands. More room for improvement on the wokhey taste and flavor :( Update v2: Tried out the fried udon too per suggestions. This one gets a thumbs up from me and my colleagues!!! The stir fried udon was fragrant and flavorful!!! Portion is pretty good too. This one I will definitely repurchase.

I ordered fried rice and received noodles in return. I only checked that the label printed on the takeout box was correct, but didn’t expect the content to differ. Only discovered the error when I returned home. This is gross oversight. 😩😩 what’s the use of the label if staff don’t bother to check?

Wok hey you need to improve the morale of your staff at Bugis their attitudes can be tasted in the food, an establishment is only as good as all it’s employees. And your staff was resting outside the shop literally just sitting right outside on the floor. Do you have a place for them to rest? We Have tried your food in IMM ,Novena and J8 all of which tasted at least 3 times better than this outlet. Hope you can improve

It’s very good as take away, food was tasty and generous. We ordered with chilli, but it wasn’t spicy at all. Please can Wok Hey also provide salt too, as my Shanghai chicken was under seasoned (not the first time at Wok Hey). Also need napkins added since nowhere to sit.

Ordered 2 egg fried rice from foodpanda. Food came in hot temperature and taste good. Generous amount of prawn / chicken. Only crab was not worth it to top up as it cost 6$+ but only come in small chunk. Can customize dish which was great.
