Quality dropped a lot in compare to much earlier years, in terms of the waffle and ice-cream. Waffle too dry, ice-cream taste also too sweet. Staffs with stunned face and not helpful. Serving time took very long even though the shop was not busy. Price not worth with such quality

Tuesday is half price for waffles. We arrived at 7+pm & ordered 1 waffle with 1 scoop of ice cream and a cappuccino. Took 35 mins before the waffle was served. What's worse, ice cream served was only half scoop. Had to get staff to go back & top up. Saw may tables seated with customers without any drinks or plates. Feel sad for the owner that the turnover of tables were super slow and inefficient. Not going to patronise this branch more.

The Malay staff at the counter is super rude. I know my kid may take longer to decide what he wants but how can you 'cip" him. Horrible service, will never return again. Management you better look into it. If one review comments that your staff is rude you can just ignore as it could be suggestive and bias but over the past few months with the same comments.... unbelievable.

I want to say thank you to the staff here who attended to us on Friday 21 July. They were very accommodating to help us get seated by opening 1 additional table as we have 3 children with us. Service was quick and good and the ice cream was delicous Will patronise again

So disappointed with the staff. I approached the cashier to order and was told to order via the QR code. I placed an order on their website and a few mins later the staff says that the food I’ve ordered is unable. I go on to order something else and she tells me I can’t as it’s different value. I inform her I’ll top up and she says can’t as the STAFF DOESNT KNOW HOW TO CANCEL ORDER. So I’ve to only order something in the same price which is only 2 items. What a waste of my money. To pay for something that I didn’t want to eat!
