Staff were mostly friendly and service was quick. You get all your items at the same time whether mains or desserts... Some may prefer desserts to be served later as I do. Overall a good experience eating there, with thai music played at the restaurant, which added to the ambience.

Such a nice hearty bowl of piping hot halal beef brisket and tendon noodles on a rainy day. The meat almost melted in my mouth. Super rich in flavour yet soothing. Generous with the amount of meat and tendons were heavenly good as well. Chilli flakes provided were spicy and made the dish a perfect one. I am alr thinking of my next visit to have a bowl of N2!! At an area where halal food is scarce, it is well appreciated!

Good food. Loved the beef boat noodles, basil chicken and beef rice, and mango pomelo sago dessert. Service was prompt. Place was bright and clean and tastefully decorated. The only bad thing was the confusing user interface at the ordering station. Will definitely come back again.

Soup was salty but comes with lots of chicken. Fried chicken was done perfectly but the salad was tasteless. For mango sticky rice came with warm rice but mango not ripe yet, so it was not sweet. An average place with ok prices.

I was working near Tai Seng and wanted a quick, light meal on 23 October, so I decided to try Saap Saap Thai. Though it’s a well-known spot, this was actually my first time trying their food. I ordered the 6-piece Saap Saap fried chicken wings and drumlets for $8.90. It was about 3 PM, and I was the only person there, yet I still waited around 10 minutes. When my order arrived in a takeaway box, I chose to eat there since it was empty. The wings and drumlets were disappointingly tiny, not crispy, and not even hot. The sauce had a nice tangy flavour, but overall, I’m not sure the portion and quality justified the $8.90 price but considering today's economy, maybe it is. I hope they consider revising the portion size for better value. I’ve heard they’re popular for their soup-based noodles, so I might give those a try next time. However, the customer service left something to be desired—the staff were unfriendly, and I wasn’t greeted at all, which dampened the experience.
