Really great restaurant to dine at before or after your travel! Food is so good and service is really great. We love the chicken rice and satay :) Ting Ting served us really well. The Lava Cake was also exceptionally delicious. Thank you so much for a great experience! It's our Second time back this week!

An unassuming chain restaurant nestled within a stretch of restaurants serving heartwarming nanyang cuisine. The food comes with a lot of variety for you to choose from. Surprisingly I love the chicken rice. Everything was well done for this dish. Happy to have it returning to Singapore. For the roti canai with curry, I wished the curry gravy is a bit more watery which goes easier for dipping. But I am glad they allowed us to have more gravy because initial serving of gravy was just too little. Pleasantly surprised the kaya toast was also well done with a good spread of butter that elevated the whole shioskness of the dish. The staffs are friendly and they made me feel the auntie who lived next door. Love to go back again any time. The whole experience (esp after returning back sg) made me feel like I am home

Went to have lunch with my colleague on 28 August and had Fried Rice with Bandung drinks. However, the Satay that comes with the rice are scrumptious and I can't help but wonder why it's so tasty. The service crews were very polite, they're approachable and friendly too. Love the atmosphere cause the seat's comforting. Kudos to the PappaRich team for simply delivering to the best service and love those smiles too. Cheers!!!

Service leaves much to be desired. ALL STAFFS lack warmth, politeness, and friendliness. The food here is delicious and of a higher standard than other outlets I visited (Parkway and Waterway). I hope they keep the same chef and maintain this quality.

I was blown away by Papparich. I mean its a well known franchise but I was skeptical because certain franchise would adapt to localise their food. But boy did they match up to the standard. As a Malaysian, this might be the most authentic nasi lemak in Singapore i have ever tasted. The chicken was well marinated could be eaten by its own. The sambal was fragrant and not too spicy. The rice wasnt overpowering & the egg was perfect. Everything about the meal was perfect. Even the coffee. And the staff were so so nice they provided me with extra sambal when asked. And water infused with lemon is FOC self service. If you are in the airport please try and support them. I would love to see them sustain as i googled and a few outlets have closed down.
