Food is bland. See the hor fun picture, $8.70 for that. 2 potato n 1 curry chicken $9, if not ex I dont know what is. Staff super impatient. Ordered 3 dish and they gave cutlery for 2. Went back to take from them, their face like I owe them money never pay. Never give my drink order, went to take. Also need to explain my order to them like I trying to cheat them. Face black like don't know what. If really so difficult to work F&B maybe change job?

No wonder the once very popular Old Town had completely been beaten down by Yakun, even in Malaysia it is closing down left and right. Staff is not friendly, food is overpriced and subpar. Also the curry mee was so hot that is just stupidity on the owner. You are limiting your own customer base by making it so hot. People who like it hot you can always provide extra chili right? Stupid.

Staff was stern but ok. But they served in this disposable bowl and chopsticks which make it super difficult to eat. Also, it took a long time to cool down for safe consumption. Oh yeah food was ok only. Super disappointing compared to the menu though.

Worst coffee I ever drank. Paid $3.10 to drink a tasteless coffee. It’s like drinking plain black water. No coffee taste at all. The staff simply left the coffee at the pick-up counter but didn’t call for our number. Waited very long & go counter ask then knew that our drinks were done long ago.

Chicken hor fun was very average and I felt that the kway teow was actually overcooked. Service was also poor; while I understand that it must be very tiring to work at timings that you don't like to work at, it doesn't mean that it should show so obviously during working hours. I happened to ask for an extra bowl and the service crew rolled her eyes at me.
