Passed by this shop today , to try the sardines puff which is my favorite, I have not tried other items from their branch. The sardines is pretty good and the pastry not so hard. Staff so friendly, all the aunties, serve with a smile by the eyes because they still need to wear mask and their tone voice sweet and they know how to make you feel at home. Too bad I was quite full so I only bought the sardines puff. Will patronize their Bukit Batok mrt branch when I m around there. Keep up the friendly service . Staff was chit chating so much.. I wanted to order 2 chicken bites and was told to wait for 5mins. I said okay.Went ahead and order some other stuff which I intend to buy together w the 2 chicken bites,paid and wait outside. The staff continue chit chat while serving other customers and when I came in to ask if mine was ready they started interrogating me with questions like I'm trying to cheat them. I then showed them the OCK plastic on my hand which contain all the other foods that I bought from that same outlet 5 mins ago and remind them that they told me to wait for my chicken.They said No. Then went to find my receipt, asked me more questions and told me they did not key in the 2 chicken bites. Before I made the payment I asked them have they added the chicken bites, they both replied "YA YA, WAIT AWHILE"...It's really bad customer service experience. Please pay attention and talk less if you cannot multitask.

Bought briased bee hoon and mee siam. Bee hoon is super salty, totally cannot eat! Mee siam soup cold like taken out from fridge, please try before you sell to your customer.
