``Gokumiya'' is a fresh hamburger restaurant that has recently expanded to Tokyo Station and has become a hot topic. The restaurant, located in the basement of Parco in Tenjin, a downtown area of Fukuoka City, is famous for its hamburger steaks made from minced Saga and Imari beef, which are served almost raw and are stone-grilled before eating.There is a long line of people, mainly tourists, every day. But! Even if you don't have to wait in such a long line, you can enjoy this hamburger steak without having to wait at "Kiwami-ya", which is just 4 stations away from Tenjin by subway and takes less than 10 minutes. What's more, this is originally a yakiniku restaurant, so you can enjoy charcoal-grilled meat from lunchtime onwards. Truly a hidden gem. You can choose the size of your hamburger from S, M, or L, and you can get unlimited refills of the rice, soup, salad, and kimchi in the set. You can choose from several types of sauce, and you can increase the number of sauces to two for an additional 50 yen. Divide the hamburger steak into small pieces with chopsticks, heat it on a stone until it's done to your liking, then dip it in the sauce and let it bounce around the rice before bringing it to your mouth. The basic sauce is sweet and goes well with rice. There is quite a bit of oil splash, so you must wear the paper apron you are given at the beginning.

Hamburgers with huge lines at Hakata and Daimyo stores. I was able to eat at the Nishishin store without lining up~♪♪ I really love hamburgers (Hakata store is my favorite) The line was so long that I couldn't get there... It's been a while since I ate it It's really delicious after all 🥰 Sizzling with grilled stone is the best~ A complete meal of 200g😋🫶 Baked stones can also be exchanged. The set includes rice, kimchi, soup, and salad.
