I had the opportunity to try Kenangan Coffee, a renowned Indonesian coffee chain, here in Singapore. I opted for their signature Kenangan Latte, which turned out to be slightly sweeter than usual but still enjoyable. The croissant I ordered was nicely prepared, though it seemed to have been reheated. However, my experience was somewhat dampened by the cleanliness of the place. The table I sat at was dirty, covered in crumbs from previous patrons, which was off-putting. Additionally, the seating availability was limited, with only 7 tables in total, making it a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, while I appreciated the unique flavors of the Kenangan Latte and the satisfactory croissant, the cleanliness and seating arrangements left much to be desired. Improvements in maintaining cleanliness and possibly expanding seating capacity could greatly enhance the overall customer experience at Kenangan Coffee in Singapore.

The renowned Indonesian coffee chain has opened a new outlet at Tampines Mall, strategically located right across from Starbucks, positioning itself as a direct competitor. The outlet features a user-friendly self-ordering kiosk, making the ordering process straightforward and efficient. Additionally, the coffee shop offers a mobile app for customers, adding convenience and enhancing the overall user experience. The coffee itself is quite good, living up to the brand's reputation. However, the serving speed could use some improvement, as it tends to be slower than expected. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience at this new location is satisfactory, offering a solid alternative for coffee enthusiasts in the area.

Chance upon this cafe by accident. Nice ambiance. Aromatic coffee and awesome pastries and muffins. Will definitely come again to try their other products. Service is with friendly and warm staff. Location is right smack near Tampines MRT.

ordered a few coffees, tasted great. iced americano is good too, not bitter. cheesecake was delicious. accidentally chose hot version for vanilla latte and went to counter to ask if i could get it iced, staff (lady with pixie cut) there offered to make a new one 😻 thank you 🙏🏻

After reading many reviews on the long waiting time for coffee, I was a bit afraid. I reached at 7.30am at opening time, but it was not ready. Luckily, the staff saw me and assisted to open the door. I placed my order and it took around five minutes for my coffee to be ready. The coffee and pie tasted great and I like how the pie was packed in paper bag so that I could heat it up in my office.
