Finally a good coffee chain at Compass One. Well staffed. The wait was very short, within 5 to 10 minutes got my coffee. Coffee was abit less sweet. Will opt for more sweet next time then would be perfect! Overall happy to have a good dose of coffee whenever i needed one!

Great coffee. The service staff had to deal with a pretty rough opening day with a faulty coffee machine and a backlog of orders, but did their best in service recovery.

poor customer service. the service is very slow. the staffs are poor. their management is very slow. they do not know how to handle customers.

It took 45 mins for just a cup of Americano. I could see all people were angry and anxious by them. it is my first time on Kenangan and will be last time. never come back
