Special lunch set deal on special hour Decent ayam penyet. We have 2 person ordering noodle and chicken only dishes. Their indo mee taste better than majority of outside indo mee as they added their own extra (good) flavouring. Chicken was well cook (not over cook or under cook). Adding with the layer of crispy tempura, is delicious. They offer free soup as well but self serving. The soup is next to their ordering kiosk machine. Most of the things are digitalised (except for food 😆). Overall experience is good

Ordered the ayam bakar set and it tastes just as good as it looks. The chicken was juicy and flavourful. Not only is the food good but the staffs are extremely friendly as well! Was a hearty and satisfying lunch☺️

I am always looking for good ayam penyet and this place hits the spot. Very cosy (small indoor sitting area) so a bit warm during lunch. Easy to order, just take one of the beepers, sit at the table, scan the QR code on the reverse side of the beeper, pay and you’re done. The chicken was crispy on the outside and tender inside, well marinated and flavourful. The vegetable soup is free flow so you can take more vegetables but do leave some for others. They have different sambal and I’ll come back to try them. Great place for a group if each person has different sambal tolerance. It’s self-service but the food is prepared quite quickly so don’t have to wait long. The person who greeted me was friendly.

Food Review: The interior seating is limited, so it’s best to arrive early if you want a spot indoors. Otherwise, the outdoor seating area has plenty of space and might actually be the better option since the indoor area feels a bit stuffy. Queues start forming around 12:15 PM, so coming early is a good idea to avoid waiting. Portions here are huge! I tried the Indomie Ayam Bakar, which was flavorful but a touch too salty for my taste. My colleague ordered the Grilled Marinated Beef Ribs—they enjoyed it, though I found the beef aroma a bit too strong for me. The chili options are impressive, with levels to suit everyone’s spice tolerance. We sampled levels 1 to 3, and oddly enough, level 2 felt spiciest to us! A nice touch is the free-flow soup available outside the café. However, the space inside is quite narrow, especially between the tables and ordering counter, which creates congestion when customers move in and out to get soup. It might work better if the soup was served alongside the food to help manage traffic flow. Overall, a satisfying meal if you’re prepared for the layout quirks!

A short walk from 66 Chambers, we were looking for good and spicy food! This hits the spot! The ayam penyet was soft in the inside, crispy on the outside! You can choose the chilli level from 1 to 8 and the level 8 was no joke! We were really feeling the spice in it! People that love chilli would really enjoy it! Mee soto was great! They had this black chilli for the mee soto which matches really well! Quite unique I would say! Their kang kong was alittle diff from what we usually ate at hawkers but still enjoyable! Oh there’s free soup as well! Overall food is good! Would totally come back and visit again for our spice crave! Price is good as well!
