I ordered a few items, including Butter Cream Cakes and Swiss Rolls, from this store (Punggol branch) through foodpanda today. They were very dry and I could taste that they were close to expired or even perhaps, already past their expiry dates. The expiry date stickers on the boxes were deliberately torn off (I could still see a small bit of the sticker left on one of the Butter Cream Cake boxes), which I think is dishonest. Please take extra care when purchasing from this store, especially if through a food delivery platform.

Hard and Heart work Miss Christine from Bread Junction (Punggol) attended to my order for CNY goodies professionally and efficiently. She went beyond her call of duty and followed through to ensure that order was delivered on time. I was very touched when she messaged me to check whether the goodies were delivered. At 7pm dinner peak hour , the auntie staff said the waffles machine is undergoing "cleaning" She was no where near the machine, definitely just lazy. It's either u sell waffles or you don't, or indicate a window as a sign on your store if necessary Not do it as and when you wish. Not recommended

Wanted to order waffles so I queued behind the rest just for them to tell me they are not selling anymore but the thing that make me question them is they are still making waffles but they said that they are not selling anymore. They made everyone waited for 15-20min s then they say don’t have. I think they could have said before having a queue. Also if they are not selling why are they still making so many? For Tmr? They want sell overnight waffles ? Bad experience with them.
